Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with Hiring Managers and department leaders to help develop and execute strategies to source, engage, and hire the best talent in a highly competitive market. The ideal candidate will work as a strategic talent advisor to hiring teams and provide expertise on how to effectively source high-quality candidates and how to incorporate interview best practices and structure into the process.

Job Duties:

• Manage full cycle recruiting processes for positions from initial outreach through onboarding (sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, recruitment marketing, pipeline management, offers, onboarding, etc.)
• Build innovative sourcing and engagement strategies, driving and managing unique candidate pipelines to explore, leverage, and support our commitment to building talented and diverse teams.
• Champion over executing a positive end-to-end candidate experience.
• Maintain data integrity, proactively sharing updates with all stakeholders and utilizing insights to improve recruiting process.
• Provide clear communication with business partners and hiring managers, establishing timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes.
• Ability to perform detail-oriented projects with a high level of accuracy.
• Revise, create, and improve job descriptions.
• Attend college and job fairs locally and out of state, as needed.
• Travel Requirements: 15%
• Any additional duties or projects as assigned by management.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Possess high level of confidentiality.
• Experience managing an applicant tracking system.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Goal oriented team player with high energy and strong values.
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule.
• Ability to carry items up to 25lbs.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience. Internship experience can be applicable
