Steel Point Solutions is actively recruiting skilled professionals to join our mission in supporting the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), EDI Transformation Implementation. We are seeking individuals passionate about making a difference by contributing to the IRS's EDI Transformation and Implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance on complex legal issues related to EEOC laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Interpret and analyze federal laws and regulations, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and other relevant statutes, to ensure compliance with EEOC requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance strategies.
  • Monitor changes in the regulatory landscape and proactively address any potential compliance risks.
  • Conduct legal research on emerging issues and provide recommendations for adjustments to policies and procedures.
  • Review and update internal policies and procedures to align with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in regulatory audits and investigations as needed.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to legal and regulatory compliance.


Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active bar membership in good standing. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in legal and regulatory compliance, preferably in a remote or virtual work environment.
  • Strong understanding of federal and state regulations, including EEOC laws.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • Certification in compliance or related field (e.g., Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional) is a plus.
