A successful Harvesting Company has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager.  You will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing workflow processes, maintaining quality standards, and enhancing customer satisfaction. If you are a self-starter, a team player, have a professional attitude and appearance, and possess attention to detail, you may qualify for this opportunity. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Supervise and lead a team of technicians, mechanics, and administrative staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

·         Maintain high-quality standards in all repair and maintenance work, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

·         Oversee inventory levels of parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels to support repair operations while minimizing excess inventory.

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring prompt and effective communication throughout the repair process.

·         Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, providing a safe working environment for all staff and adhering to industry best practices.

·         Develop and manage the facility's budget, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures where possible.

Qualifications

·         High school diploma equivalent is required.

·         Two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or agriculture industry.

·         Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.

·         Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

·         Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff at all levels.

·         Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
