Who We Are

BioTech Pest Management is a pest control boutique who specialize in resolving, managing rodents and general pests local to the Washington DC region. We are not an everyday pest control company. In just a few years, we have become the go-to company for pest control needs.

Due to how well we have performed in the past few years, we are looking to bring on the right person to help us grow.

What You Would Be Doing

First, you will go through a training program to acquire knowledge you will need to be successful, obtain hands-on experience, and get acclimated with the day-to-day regimen of the job.

Then, you will be responsible for the following:

• Understand the industry, our customers, our approach to solving pest problems, the tools we use, etc

• Establish great relationships with customers

• Be on time to jobs and company meetings

• Responsive to communication via phone, email and text, etc

• Move household appliances and perform handyman style work

• Perform services the right way, and accurately communicate it to the customer

• Take ownership of jobs you perform

Who We Are Looking For

We value positive attitude over experience and self-awareness over skill set. The ideal candidate would be someone who:

• Is comfortable engaging in manual labor, climbing industrial ladders and getting in confined spaces such as crawl spaces/attics

• Is detail oriented and responsible

• Loves to learn new things and enjoys being challenged

• Is open to a flexible working schedule when needed
