Server at Flanagan's Ale House

Flanagan's Ale House, at 934 Baxter Ave in Louisville, KY, is looking servers to join our team.

Servers will be tasked with delivering a great customer experience, including making sure our guests have a clean place to drink and dine, are provided with the appropriate menus and drink lists, and have everything (silverware, napkins, condiments, etc.) they need to enjoy their visit.

We are looking for staff with the ability to make our guests feel at home, and the skills to learn our menu, seating charts and sales system.

Although not required, previous experience as a server or bartender, with the Toast POS system, and having proficient knowledge of beer, wine or liquor will all be considered a plus.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation depends on your experience.
