Job Description
Maverix Broadband is hiring a land surveyor to join our rapidly-expanding team working in Elbert and Douglas counties. We provide great benefits, competitive pay, and flexible work hours.
Duties include:
- Field surveying with industry standard tools and equipment to record accurate GPS coordinates
- Evaluating environmental conditions
- Verifying existing and creating new as-built diagrams of infrastructure
- Assisting in planning and verification of properties and infrastructure in expansion areas
- Walking customers through our services and answering questions
We currently work with outside engineering and surveying firms. We need an individual who can be organized and communicate with these outside teams to coordinate projects. An ideal candidate would have experience with aligning, inserting, and reading GPS data into a CAD software, but is not required.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years surveyor experience
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Good driving record
- Party chief experience preferred
