Job Description

Assistant Administrative Affairs Specialists must take on various roles within our organization to help ensure effective day to day operations in our fast paced environment.

This role requires, but is not limited to: performing general clerical and administrative tasks, communicating with our subscribers, responding to phone calls, faxes and emails, scheduling service and installations, payment reminders, may also require ordering office supplies, equipment for service and installations, and service as a personal assistant to senior level officers.

This role requires individuals who posses active communication skills, highly organized with attention to detail and quick learners.

Must have service related experience working in the service industry, construction / fast paced.

Must be willing to work over time if needed

 

 

This is an in office position (not remote)

 

All benefits are paid for by Illinois Alarm, &  PTO with PTO Bonus Program

Our customer base is focused on commercial, industrial, governmental, and educational with a small size residential base.
