Job Description

Everstaff is seeking a Staff Accountant for a reputable company in the Pepper Pike area!

Perform various financial functions for the company including reconciliations, supporting schedules, audit prep and analysis reporting. Ideal candidate must be knowledgeable enough in most areas of the financial world to handle any issues that arise. Must be able to multitask, be accurate, expert in time management, and be deadline focused.

Salary: $68,000-$73,000/year based on experience

Duties:

Create ledger postings
Reconcile, record and balance daily banking transactions
Prepare schedules - prepaid, accrued expenses, etc.
Maintain Fixed Asset files and schedules
Prepare Audit Schedules
Prepare banking reports
Prepare reconciliations that clearly communicate results
Assist and backup A/R and A/P

Requirements:

Associates or Bachelor Degree in Accounting preferred
Knowledgable in all areas of accounting
Ability to multi-task and be accurate'
Deadline focused
TIme management skills
