Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Innovate and Implement: Spearhead the creation and execution of systems that enhance our marketing, accounting, and employee scheduling, etc. Your knack for organization will bring our café's operational efficiency to new heights.
• Digital Savvy: Take the reins of our social media channels, engaging our community with the charm and warmth Mèo Maison is known for. Your digital fluency will keep our audience connected and captivated.
• Financial Finesse: Oversee weekly accounting procedures, ensuring our finances are as sleek and smooth as our café's feline residents.
• Operational Excellence: Manage supply chain logistics, ensuring our café is always stocked with the finest treats and our cats have everything they need to thrive.
• Leadership: Coordinate and cultivate a team that's as dedicated and passionate as you are. From scheduling to ensuring everyone is on top of their duties, you'll keep our café running like clockwork.
• Catalyst for Cat Welfare: Champion the well-being of our resident cats, ensuring their health, happiness, and harmony with café guests.
• Strategic Reporting: Engage in bi-daily meetings and report directly to the managing partner, providing insights and updates that drive decision-making.
