ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Product Owner is responsible for steering Patient Engagement software development through focus on customer value. The Product Owner is responsible for being the voice of the business, the voice of the customer, and the liaison between marketing and IT on all patient engagement related software products.
OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE
- Work with the technical teams and business stakeholders to identify user and group needs when it comes to CRM and patient engagement platforms (call center, chat bot, and social media moderation platforms).
- Contribute and work with cross-functional teams to drive a vision and strategy for CRM marketing product (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Marketing Module).
- Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to maintain the product roadmap, including sequencing and timing of capabilities and features.
- Collect, review, and analyze business requirements through both formal and informal communications with key stakeholders resulting in business requirements documents.
- Responsible for the product backlog and refining it to reflect priorities, balancing benefit with effort, risk, and technical complexity.
- Act as an ambassador for Agile best practices, lead sprint reviews and engage in daily stand ups and sprint retrospectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field required
- 3-5 years as a Product Owner/ Product Manager with a strong focus on CRM and communication channel tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Precise attention to detail
- Project management experience and/or strong organizational skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, change, and uncertainty to deliver results with cross-functional teams in a positive manner
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize work and focus on generating business value.
- Proven online product management experience and strong understanding of marketing KPIs, data, and analytics is a plus.
