Schedule: M-F,  8:00a - 5:00p

Financial Recruiter Job Description:

PrideStaff Financial is seeking a Financial Recruiter who will be the first point of contact for candidates who are seeking employment with one of our highly sought after clients.  We are seeking a Financial Recruiter who thrives in a fast paced environment of recruiting, qualifying, and interviewing great candidates and then matching these candidates with great companies we work with.  The ideal Financial Recruiter has a background in business or finance, has strong relationship skills, is detail oriented, and has previous experience in the Staffing industry.  The Financial Recruiter is a full-time, in-office, direct-hire position with an outstanding and growing team in Reno, NV. 

Financial Recruiter Duties & Responsibilities:

• Help Develop Business Through Phone Calls, Emails & Networking

• Effectively Recruit, Interview, Onboard & Help Develop Talent

• Prescreen Applicants for Qualifications Through Phone Interviews

• Utilize Your Business Background in Dealing With Clients Regarding Requirements For Potential Hires

• Perform Reference Checks & Review Documents For Hire

• Create & Manage Job Postings For PrideStaff Website 

• Maintain Excellent Communication With Associates & Clients 

• Prepare Candidate Profiles For Presentation

• Audit Employee Time Cards For Accuracy 

• Perform Other Related Duties as Deemed Necessary by The Manager 

Financial Recruiter Requirements & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

• BA/BS Degree in Business or Finance is Highly Recommended! 

• Excellent Communication & Telephone Etiquette Required!

• Proficiency With Word templates Creating & Editing Documents

• Knowledge of Calendar Management & Scheduling

• Experience Utilizing ATS a Plus

• Understanding of Social Media Marketing

• Thorough Understanding of Business, Finance & Related Industries Required
