Position Overview:

• As a Sales Representative at American Income Life AO, you will have the opportunity to
  build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide them with tailored insurance solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Niche lead generations systems through 45,000 different unions/associations that are provided by company. No Need to create your own leads or sell to your personal network. 

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements.
• Present and explain insurance options to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience is an asset but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
