Industrial Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Manager to join our team! You will maintain and repair industrial production and processing machinery, while leading a team of 10-12 maintenance mechanics! We are looking for a hands on manager who can work closely with your team to develop skills and understanding of the role and duties. This role demands someone who is a strong leader, but someone that has the experience and want to make a difference in building a cohesive and strong team.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of 10-12
• Reporting to Director on Schedule
• Repair, install, and adjust industrial machinery and pipeline distribution systems
• Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

​Qualifications:

• 7-10 years managing teams
• Bachelors Degree Preferred
• Excellent Leadership skills
• Food industry experience Preferred
• Previous experience as a change manager for a large company
• Previous experience in machinery or other related fields
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
