Early Childhood Substitute Teacher

4C for Children is accepting applications for committed individuals who want to become early childhood substitutes through an online tool called Child Care Staffing Solutions (CCSS). Applying through 4C for Children means you will receive paid training while onboarding to do the job! A stipend is available upon completion of the training portion. Whether you are new to the early childhood field or already have experience, 4C for Children is ready to help!
Requirements:
- Must have a valid High School Diploma or GED
- Pass a 4C for Children provided background check (FBI/BCI)
- Be able to pass a general work physical (reimbursable)
- A desire to work with children
- Reliable transportation

- Professionalism
- Patience, flexibility, and love for children
- Strong communication skills
- Organization and time management skills
