HR Integration Consultant

We are looking for an HR Integration Consultant to join our team! The HR Integration Consultant is responsible for integrating all HR functions of our acquired companies (Onboarding, Payroll, Time & Labor). A majority of this work is done onsite, which requires an estimated 50-75% travel (but you get to keep all your travel points).

The ideal HR Integration Consultant is someone who can critically think, maintain composure under pressure, a highly effective communicator, and can adapt quickly to changing integration needs.

Essential Duties:

• Implement Onboarding, Payroll, and Time & Labor modules (Paylocity)
• Setup and connect 401K and Benefits carriers to system
• Estimated 6-10 implementations a year
• Assist acquired company in getting all employees onboarded in timely manner
• Setup necessary state tax IDs
• Train employees of acquisition on how to punch
• Train acquired company payroll manager on how to manage T&L, process payroll, enroll in benefits, onboard/offboard
• Monitor first few cycles of payroll processing performed by acquired company
• Work is done onsite. Estimated 50-75% travel. You keep all the travel points.
• Serve as Corporate HRIS System Administrator
• All other duties assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Software Integration experience preferred
• HRIS System Administration preferred
• Paylocity experience preferred
• Based in the Greater Phoenix Area preferred
