Job Description
This position requires a strong understanding of SuccessFactors and prior experience with integration development. Expertise in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) and SuccessFactors API is required. Dell Boomi and ABAP experience are highly preferred. This role is also responsible for providing feedback regarding design and integration development recommendations. The ideal candidate for this position will be certified in more than one SuccessFactors module.

Essential Functions:
  • Function as an individual contributor to support SuccessFactors products post implementation.
  • Gather and analyze the clients' business requirements and objectives.
  • Develop standard and custom integrations according to the functional and technical specifications; conduct requirements gathering sessions and prepare interface requirement documents (IRD)
  • Develop custom CPI/Boomi and/or ABAP integrations for SuccessFactors.
  • Lead IAS/IPS implementations.
  • Troubleshoot and provide resolution to customer system issues or defects, as assigned.
  • Provide support on SuccessFactors API; create SAFAPI accounts; set up API RBP permissions, create test records and the like.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed in line with agreed service levels.
  • Provide quality control of consultant configurations, to meet client deliverables.
  • Perform unit testing of integrations.
  • Adhere to software implementation standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Business, Computer Science or equivalent experience in a related relevant field.
  • 1+ year of Associate Consultant experience with detailed knowledge of business processes, technical documentation, and customer support.
  • SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP Cloud Platform Integration
  • Experienced in SAP CPI and/or Boomi and/or ABAP with SuccessFactors experience.
  • Prior experience in a functional or technical consulting role.
  • Associate Certified in one module as minimum (CPI)
  • Understand SFAPI and ODATA API provided by SuccessFactors.
  • Understand various web service protocols (Soap, REST)
  • Programming languages: Java (groovy for CPI) and/or ABAP

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
  • Skilled in technology coupled with business acumen to compliment system consulting.
  • Understanding of HR functions and business processes
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors product
  • Ability to attentively listen and effectively communicate with customers to build relationships.
  • Ability to work in teams and independently.
  • Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills; displays confidence and poise in formal speaking situations.
  • Assembles and develops talent by creating a challenging and rewarding work environment.
  • Java (groovy for CPI) and/or ABAP programming skills

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
