Technical Project Manager
Are you ready to drive complex global integrations in the Fintech and Payments space?
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager (Integration Consultant) to work with some of the biggest and most important players in the Fintech, Payments, and E-commerce industries on the implementation of our global network. You will be the hands-on technical expert, translating complex business needs into precise implementation design.
High-Impact Client & Stakeholder Management
This role requires a balanced approach to technical execution and professional client communication:
  • Strategic Client Engagement: Serve as the technical interface for key client stakeholders, including external Software Engineers and internal teams
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability to navigate client conversations, manage expectations, and maintain quality throughout the integration and troubleshooting process
  • Fluency in English is a must. Other languages are a strong plus
Key Technical Responsibilities
You will be the expert on how our clients connect to our global payout system, leading the technical solution from concept to launch:
  • Integration Ownership: Drive the technical integration lifecycle, from scope analysis and solution design through rigorous UAT and post-launch optimisation, helping clients utilise our global network capabilities
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration challenges involving data mapping, latency, and system compatibility within a high-volume network
  • Technical Deliverables: Interface between the client's engineering team and internal developers, translating requirements into detailed technical specifications (e.g., sequence diagrams, data flow maps)
  • System Analysis: Use internal logging/monitoring tools (e.g., OpenSearch, LogicMonitor, or other industry standards) to analyze system performance, identify integration bottlenecks, and propose data-driven improvements
  • The role may require the flexibility to adapt to other time zones and to travel abroad occasionally
Professional Technical Qualifications
We require proven, hands-on expertise to manage the complexity and scale of our clients' integrations:
  • Experience: At least 5 years hands-on experience in a Technical Project Manager or Integration Consultant role managing client projects. Prior experience with Fintech/E-commerce/Payments is essential
  • API Proficiency: Strong proficiency with RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and JSON/XML data structures. Must be able to read, write, and test payloads using tools like Postman or Insomnia
  • Technical Literacy: Proven ability to read and interpret code/scripts to understand integration logic (no development required, but comprehension is essential)
  • Project Management Tools: Familiarity with Jira for tracking and managing project tasks is a plus
  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical technical experience
