Automotive Lot Porter

Great Lakes Hyundai of Dublin is an established automotive dealership dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers! We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Lot Porter to join our team. As a Lot Porter at Great Lakes, you will play a critical role in maintaining the appearance and organization of our dealership lot.  If you are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to have you join us!

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the dealership lot and showroom.
• Park and arrange vehicles in an organized and efficient manner.
• Assist with vehicle inventory management and tracking.
• Transport vehicles to and from service areas.
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
• Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
• Work closely with the sales and service teams to support their needs.  (Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed).
• Adhere to safety and security procedures at all times.

• Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles

• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations

Qualifications

• Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends.

• Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.

Schedule

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and or 11am-8pm. Weekend availability as needed.
