Job Description

The Santana Team is looking for an organized and motivated individual who can take the lead on defining and executing a cohesive, consistent brand voice across all of our marketing channels and collateral. 

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, creative, exhibits research, strategy, and critical thinking skills, and can implement data-driven decisions. 

This role will work closely with the Director of Operations to build out and maintain a 360-degree marketing plan that will generate team leads, engage with current and potential clients, and refine our team’s visual presence.

This is a great opportunity for an associate or mid-level marketing professional to build out their portfolio and take the reins on defining a brand voice and managing all aspects of marketing of a top-five Real Estate team in Massachusetts.

What will you do?

  • Deep dive into our current brand positioning and redefine/refine our visual presence across all channels.

  • Website coordination including: content and asset management, SEO content.

  • Strategize and create promotional marketing materials to support our listings, developments, and presence online and around Boston. 

  • Work with outside vendors including print production, direct mail, and promotional materials providers.

  • Manage in-house distribution of marketing materials and execution of email marketing campaigns.

  • Execute social media strategy (social media content creation and execution) and identify areas of opportunity.

  • Assist with additional projects assigned by the CEO and Director of Operations.

  • Create, execute and manage strategic marketing plans to support our agents and development partners.

  • Ongoing evaluation and refinement of marketing activities efforts.

  • Ensure all outgoing communications are aligned with the Santana Team’s brand mission and guidelines.

  • Build out concise and cohesive brand guidelines to use across all marketing efforts.

  • Supervise at least one direct report.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare marketing packages for our listings.

    • Create ads, postcards, and email promotions for listings

    • Create a weekly report for sellers of engagement
       

  • Generate leads through Facebook/Instagram, Google, and other social media.

    • Create ads to drive traffic to our website

    • Review analytics to make changes on our website and ads
       

  • Build team brand-awareness.

    • Improve our SEO through blogging and metadata tagging

    • Update digital billboards weekly and physical billboards quarterly

    • Brainstorm ideas for team videos and post on social media (Youtube, Instagram, etc)

    • Look into other ways to advertise our business and be able to present to upper management
       

  • Design and order miscellaneous needs for annual events and marketing
     

  • Manage our team’s Annual Database Engagement Plan.

    • Lead team’s annual marketing plan

    • Prepare marketing materials for and promote our monthly events

    • Make landing pages for events

    • Create bi-monthly magazine content for database

    • Publish monthly Email Newsletter

    • Track engagement and annually adjust plan as needed

Your Skills + Requirements

  • Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop

  • Growth-mindset and can-do attitude

  • Social Media Platforms (Instagram)

  • Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Email marketing preferred 

  • Willingness to learn and implement SEO

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Organized and excellent time-management

  • Non-profit work experience a plus

  • 2-4 years experience Marketing or Account Management

  • Starting Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience
