This contract role includes per diem, temp housing, and travel allowance.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the department
- Monitor staff performance; participate in development of competencies, performance standards and imaging protocols for the hospitals
- Develop and manage departmental budget
- Keep abreast of advances in imaging technology and overseeing the implementation of new equipment and software program
- Focus on patient satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree or additional imaging-related experience
- At least 5 years diagnostic imaging experience
- 3 years experience managing/supervising diagnostic imaging services
- Certified technologist with current state licensure or ARRT/NMTCB/ARDMS required
- BLS certification
