JOB SUMMARY
The Customer Care Coordinator – Fast Track is primarily responsible for the accelerated onboarding of prospective clients and providing a white glove experience during the steps resulting in them ultimately receiving service with ACES. Additional high level responsibilities may include promptly reaching out to and replying to families, conducting of verification of benefits and requesting initial authorizations as well as prompt scheduling of assessment appointments when applicable.ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Working under the supervision of the Customer Care Manager, essential job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Serves as the primary point of contact for families, insurance and clinical team
- Collaborate with other departments to remove barriers to speed to service
- Validate member ABA benefits and seek service authorizations
- Speak to performance and individual prospect statuses during meetings
- Take ownership of client progress through onboarding stages
- Provide high quality customer service
- Ability to work independently with only general supervision
- Initiative and follow through
- Proficiency with MS Office, word processing, spreadsheets, Internet software, E-mail, Database software, project management software
- Highly organized
- Professional, positive attitude and appearance
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous Insurance knowledge
- Previous customer service experience
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) a plus
- Develop strong working knowledge of contracted and carved out insurance plans to help educate clinical teammates on requirements
- 1-2 years of insurance and authorization procurement experience preferred
- Exposure to behavioral health/ABA field(s) preferred but not required
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, including collecting necessary intake information and required documentation.
- Coordinate and facilitate the client assessments and develop client profiles to support clinical Team
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure the availability of appropriate resources
- Liaise with clients and their families to address any inquiries, provide necessary information, and facilitate a smooth transition into services.
- Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force and lift/move up to 15 pounds
- May include, without limitation, the following physical demands: sitting, typing and viewing a screen(s) for long periods of time
