Assistant Director of Nursing- Home Health

Haven is seeking an RN Assistant Director of Nursing to direct, supervise, and evaluate the activities of the clinical area for our Bradenton, FL Office.  The optimal candidate will be a team player, well organized, enjoy mentoring, and strive for growth and excellence. Home Health supervisory experience is required.

What You Would be Responsible for:

• Evaluation, oversight, and management of  patients and potential patient care
• QA of all clinical documentation with a thorough understanding of Oasis 
• Excellence in management of PDGM
• Understanding QAPI/Emergency Management/Metric analysis
• Understanding and experience of the Accreditation and survey process to include Medicare COPs, all state and federal guidelines.
• Participation in DON/Metric/Revenue/Educational meetings.
• Team leader of case conferences and staff meetings.

Haven Qualification Standards: 

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing
• Must be an RN with Home Health experience using Oasis
• Kinnser EMR preferred 
• Currently licensed in the state of the HHA

• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures

• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible and compassionate
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Patient with excellent problem-solving skills
• At least two (2) years of Home Care experience with at least one (1) year supervisory required.
