GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:

Under the direction of the Program Director or designee, performs highly responsible and complex secretarial and administrative tasks which may be confidential in nature; work involves a high degree of excellent judgment and accuracy. Supervises clerical/medication clerk staff;, will assist and perform secretarial duties and support other GHS departments as directed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

High school graduation or equivalent and the ability to type 55 w.p.m. with no more than five (5) errors in a five-minute timing, AND a minimum of five (5) years of secretarial or administrative assistant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient in use of computer software, inclusive of Microsoft Office Suite.
