Our client is a multi-state creditors' rights firm that is committed to innovation, excellence, and delivering top-notch legal services to their clients. They are seeking a dynamic results-driven Director of Information Technology to enhance their infrastructure for our growing client base. As the Director of Information Technology, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing their company's IT strategy, systems, and infrastructure. You will play a pivotal role in aligning IT initiatives with business objectives, ensuring the security and efficiency of their technology environment, and working with their business partners to facilitate their daily needs.

This is an onsite position in Brookfield, WI

Potential Hybrid position after 6-9 months and forward progress

Possible financial assistance for candidate to relocate

Essential Job Functions

Develop and implement an IT strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives

Manage, deploy and optimize IT infrastructure, systems, and applications

Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and information systems

Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization

Oversee IT budgets, vendor relationships, and assist in contract negotiations

Provide creative and simple solutions in relation to data delivery to clients, vendors, and staff

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

Proven experience in a leadership role within Information Technology

Solid understanding and practical use Microsoft SQL Server

Working knowledge of Visual Basic and Powershell

Can utilize SharePoint in conjunction with our Vendors and Clients

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute IT strategies that align with business goals

Excellent communication skills

This is a full-time, salaried position with a benefit package that includes medical, vision, and dental insurance, an aggressive PTO plan, and a managed 401K. Pay is commensurate with experience.
