Job Details:

Position: General Laborer - Lumber Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Physical Requirements:

Ability to comfortably lift, push, and pull 50lbs and above Capability to stand for 8-9 hours per day Commitment to working safely and efficiently Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively in a team setting with laborers, supervisors, and operators Utilize a tape measure to accurately measure and cut lumber according to specifications Perform various tasks such as stacking, sorting, and labeling lumber Adhere to safety procedures and quality guidelines consistently Thrive in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail Embrace learning new skills and processes as required Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide feedback Qualifications:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic Passion for hands-on work and eagerness to learn Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively Reliability and punctuality are essential Desire to grow within the organization Benefits:
