Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CAD/CAM Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a CAD/CAM Specialist at Front Range Technology, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing our products using cutting-edge Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software.

Using our cutting edge software to translate customer data to create imaging files for our Photomask process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and manufacturing professionals to translate concepts into practical designs.
Optimize designs for manufacturability, functionality, and cost-effectiveness.
Conduct thorough quality checks on CAD/CAM designs and implement necessary revisions.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in CAD/CAM technologies.

Qualifications:

Miinimum High School Diploma with an emphasis in mathematics. Bachelor of Science helpful.
Proficiency in CAD software such as: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CAMMaster, LinkCad, KLayout.
Experience with CAM software.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Familiarity with GDSII, Gerber 274X and Python programming a plus.
