THE TYPE OF RECREATION ASSISTANT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Our ideal candidate is:

• A self-starter with the ability to plan, organize, and implement a varied program of social recreation, cultural, and religious activities for a large population
• A team player able to work with fellow associates and others

We also need someone with these qualities:

• Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing with residents, families, and the general public
• Ability to make presentations to a variety of groups

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Schedule: Friday's and Saturdays fro 8:30 am- 5 pm

As an entry-level Recreation Assistant, you're at the heart of creating vibrant and engaging experiences for our residents. You assist in curating an exciting monthly calendar packed with recreational, social, cultural, and religious activities, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy. From crafting captivating newsletters filled with special events and stories to orchestrating the setup and supervision of scheduled events, your creativity and organizational skills shine.

Whether it's planning outings and driving residents to destinations or lending a hand wherever needed, you play a pivotal role in fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Above all, you uphold the confidentiality of resident information and eagerly tackle any task your supervisor entrusts you with, making every day a rewarding adventure for our residents and their families!
