Real Estate Account Manager

Your management objective is to increase the performance of each member of our sales team, specifically increasing the deals closed from each salesperson’s database/center of influence. $25 - $31 hourly

• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
• Set aggressive sales goals with sales team
• Organize and administer training for the sales team
• Coach, lead and train a sales team
• Analyze data to identify sales opportunities

• Strong technology background with the ability to learn and master new software
• One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs
• Decisive and comfortable making decisions quickly
