Real Estate Services Coordinator

Pay Rate: 26.25 Hours: M-F 8-5pm Location: Main Street, Stockton CA Assignment Duration: 2 months could extend Potential to convert to FTE

Resource's typical working day: Processing and coding invoices correctly. Every client has their own budget so they will need to learn and understand that process. Working on energy sustainability databases. Working to obtain tenants electricity and water bills and doing the data entry. Supporting and working with other property admin on COI and doing filing. Learning how to contracts. Supporting the property management.

Must Have Skills: Can think on their feet, knows their way around outlook suite, knows excel. Can type and articulate properly. Will be communicating with managers and tenants. Will not be doing any financial reporting.

Nice to have skills: Real Estate experience
