Responsibilities
Client Welcome: Serve as the first point of contact for new clients, guiding them through our onboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition.
Assistance: Provide hands-on support to clients, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions to enhance their experience.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions to ensure efficient onboarding processes.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to improve our onboarding procedures and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Training: Conduct orientation sessions to educate clients on our products, services, and policies, ensuring they have the knowledge needed for success.
