Location: 410 Heights Apartments (170 Units) 3222 NW Loop 410 San Antonio TX 78213
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. This position will be part of the region based rotating on-call for after hour emergencies.

Compensation Package:
- Competitive hourly pay rate of $21.00
- Monthly phone allowance of 50.00

Administrative:
- Comply with all Fair Housing and Equal Housing Opportunities requirements
- Comply with appropriate state landlord/tenant statutes
- Comply with OSHA safety regulations
- Attend training and development seminars
- Communicate daily with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager, and perform tasks as requested
Asset Preservation:
Ensure the building is in accordance with all applicable building codes, ordinances, pool safety, fire codes, and emergency evacuation regulations
Perform regularly scheduled inspections of all common areas, fixtures, plumbing, appliances, and pools/hot tubs (if applicable)
Ensure preventative repairs are done on a regular basis
Ensure that recalled appliances are promptly replaced
