Electrical Foreman ASAP

Talent Corps is currently hiring an Electrical Foreman, long-term in the MD/DC and NOVA area! Ideal candidates are safety conscious and have a great work ethic. This will be for a medium to large commercial project.

• Duration: Long term
• Location: varies per job site
• Hours: varies per job site

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for completing field executions
• Point of contact for general contractor filed superintendent
• Responsible for keeping track of job site tools and materials
• Responsible for scheduling all job site training and inspections
• Responsible for ensuring a safe workplace on the job site

Requirements:

• Must have at least 5+ years of experience as a commercial electrical foreman
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have valid forms of ID for employment through E-verify
• Able to work as a team with a positive and professional attitude
• Ability to navigate in Outlook and Excel
• Have good communication skills
• Able to run crews of 25+
• Must be able to bend and stretch overhead easily
• Stand for long periods of time in heat or cold
• Able to lift 50lbs or more
• Good balance and eye coordination

Experience:

• Able to run and install conduit above and underground, transformer pads, vaults, ect.
• Lighting controls and LV wiring
• Layout shop drawing for under slab and overhead
• Leadership skills a must
