We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Clinical Social Worker Intern . The ideal candidate for this position has strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to the welfare and improvement of patients in the home health setting. This is a challenging but rewarding job opportunity for an individual who is able to offer compassion, support, and services to patients with mental health concerns.

Must pass a full FBI/Adam Walsh/ and CANS background check through the Department of Family Services. Background check costs are not reimbursed.

• If you have any previous arrests within the last 7 years that are not only limited to DUIs, CPS, or Domestic Violence you DO NOT qualify for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the role of the mental health Social worker in working with individuals, couples, families, and groups in a variety of settings.
• Comprehend the principles and techniques of a range of approaches to therapy.
• Understand the role of ethics and boundaries.
• Demonstrate an understanding of a range of theoretical concepts and techniques.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date records for patients.
• Understand the role of the mental health therapist in working with individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Advocate for the rights of clients.
• Demonstrate an understanding of how factors such as social class, religion, culture, and gender can affect an individual’s life.

• Current Nevada Drivers License (Required and or willing to change your out-of-state driver's license)
• Fingerprinting for Background check costs begin at $45 for Nevada residents. Out-of-state residents will have additional costs depending on the state. 

Education:

• Master's (Required)
• Fully Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Clinical Social Worker - Intern (Required)

Language:
