Salary: between $150,000-$200,000 On Target Earnings Package

Scope:

RecordPoint seeks an experienced and dynamic sales operations professional to join our sales team. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will work closely with the CRO, Sales Directors and Sales team, in all aspects of the business related to forecasting, reporting, operational cadence, annual planning, and quota allocation.

Reporting to the CRO, this individual is pivotal in optimizing our sales processes, maximizing efficiency, and supporting our sales team to achieve their targets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of B2B sales operations in the SaaS industry.

Key activities include ensuring the proper function of our sales operations systems (especially Salesforce), building out processes and structures for a scaling team, streamlining operations via process improvement, and ensuring data integrity to help drive insights.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with CRO and Sales Directors to build better processes and policies, enabling sales managers and account executives to effectively and efficiently execute on day-to-day activities.
  • Own and administer SFDC, ensuring the system is fit for purpose, adhering to high standards of data integrity, and building reports, dashboards, integrations, and flows.
  • Support the weekly top-line forecast process including attending sales leadership forecast meetings, performing pipeline analytics, and driving adoption of forecasting tools and dashboards
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and metrics in support of meeting key sales initiatives and targets.
  • Assist in the Marketing to Sales handoff, including ownership of lead upload, scoring, routing, and assignment; help streamline the process as we grow.
  • Become an invaluable resource for Sales leadership, performing duties such as assisting with documentation, helping with QBRs, and project administration
  • Develop and own the onboarding/offboarding for sales team members.
  • Drive improvements to our technology stack by recommending and integrating technologies that help our sales team to achieve their goals.
  • Seek to automate where possible, and understand the benefits of automation in a scaling business.


About you

Previous experience in a fast-growing SaaS technology company with experience in enterprise customer base preferred. 

You will need to have a combination of strong technical skills with good interpersonal and presentation skills.


  • You are commercially minded and passionate about finding innovative solutions to solve problems
  • Very strong PowerBI and data analytics reporting skills, with salesforce integration and maintaince skills a must.
  • Strong presentation/demonstration skills, effectively working directly with internal teams, customers, and executives
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of activities with varying priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Excel).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies, CRM systems, and sales automation technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Estimated Salary Range: $150-180,000 USD total OTE dependant on experience
