L&R is the largest distributor and the 6th largest purchaser of cosmetics in the United States. We now distribute over 40,000 items (cosmetics, toys, school supplies, hosiery, hair accessories, OTC, HBA, and more) through 3 regional warehouse locations in Arkansas, New Jersey, and Nevada. 

We are looking for reset merchandisers to service stores and do new item cut ins; resets; remodels, etc. The Merchandiser will be in charge of setting items to planogram; stocking the shelf; labeling and providing shelf tags when necessary.  They will also be in charge of basic shelf maintenance including dusting and cleaning.

Retail Merchandiser – Resets

General Purpose of Job: The Reset Specialist is responsible for executing all reset tasks within our customers' stores as directed by the Reset Coordinators.

Candidates must be based in Virginia or North Carolina

Must be able to travel to the following States:  

  • Washington D.C
  • Delaware
  • Florida
  • Georgia
  • Maryland
  • North Carolina
  • South Carolina
  • Virginia
     

Pay rate: $15.00

Travel and reimbursement: 

Hotels -
Will be reimbursed the following Wednesday of being paid.

Meals - Will get a $25 per day per diem will be reimbursed the following Wednesday of being paid.
 

Hours: Monday - Friday (Up to 40+ hours weekly) 

Travel: Occasional overnight travel (up to 50%) by land and/or air 

Please note, that you will be using your own vehicle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform department resets and retags in customers' stores according to provided instructions.
  • Process customer returns and pack merchandise associated with resets.
  • Coordinate with store management during check-in and check-out to address any questions or concerns.
  • Ensure cleanliness of shelves and dust product as needed.
  • Electronically update relevant systems with reset information and complete time and expense forms.
  • Capture and upload pictures of completed work to the designated platform.
 

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines effectively.
 

Computer Operations: Proficiency in basic personal computer skills, including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and graphics.
