Retail Reset Associate

Starting Wage: $17.50 - $18.50

We are looking for Reset and Remodel Associates to efficiently reset and rearrange store shelves according to defined planograms.  This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy working independently and providing excellent service, while making a visible impact in the retail environment.   

We are currently seeking individuals with Overnight availability.  If you are a night owl looking for a new challenge and someone who prefers to get to work during night shifts, we have positions available that will suit your lifestyle.  This position is primarily Overnight work that focuses on completing reset projects for local retailers

WIS Reset Associate - Nights Job Preview 

The Reset Associate provides support to projects for our customers in a variety of retail, grocery, and warehouse environments. The Reset Associate performs tasks including but not limited to store resets, remodels, reading and acting on planograms, and cleaning and resetting products, shelves, pegs, and tags. The Reset Associate embodies our values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork, additionally a focus on customer dedication, and making safety and security a personal priority. We are passionate about our people, technology, and process because when you succeed, we succeed!

Team Requirements  

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Retail, Reset, Remodel or Merchandising experience is a plus
  • Ability be able to work the entire duration of the project they are assigned
  • Experience working with planograms and full components of a reset, to deliver excellence to each project is preferred
  • Proven ability to work in solo and team environments is required, where team-orientated, highly motivated, and self-driven individuals are preferred
  • Effective customer relations skills meant to always deliver exceptional service

  • Make your experience count! Looking for experience in Retail, Reset, Remodel, Construction, Customer Service, Driver and/or Warehouse work.

Working Conditions 

This part time project position requires the ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs., to stand for prolonged periods and the ability to use hands and wrists regularly including repetitive motions. It is also required to work in low-level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching, as well as frequent standing. Occasional travel may be required via plane or automobile, including overnight stays
