Shipping and Receiving

Join Twin City Staffing in our search for a meticulous shipping and receiving clerk. Situated in Brooklyn Center, MN, this role is pivotal in ensuring efficient handling of both outgoing and incoming shipments. We're looking for someone with an eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a dedication to excellence.

Location: Brooklyn Center, MN

Wage: $20 - $24/hr. 

Hours: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday

Responsibilities of the shipping and receiving clerk:

• Manage product orders, oversee deliveries, and handle package distribution.
• Regularly organize and maintain the stockroom, ensuring items are cataloged appropriately.
• Coordinate shipment schedules, manage logistics, and monitor storage and staffing needs.
• Keep precise records of shipped and received goods, producing necessary reports.
• Address any shipping or inventory challenges, resolve customer concerns, and implement solutions.
• Utilize forklifts and pallet jacks for safe merchandise handling.

Qualifications of the shipping and receiving clerk:

• Proven experience as a shipping and receiving clerk or in a related position.
• Familiarity with industry trends and practices.
• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Experience with lot control and commercial invoicing is a plus.
