Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and skillfully climb trees using various climbing techniques.
• Operate a bucket truck to access and work at elevated heights.
• Perform tree pruning, removal, and other arboricultural services.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a tree climber/bucket operator in the tree care industry.
• Competency in climbing techniques, tree pruning, and safe bucket truck operation.
• Strong understanding of tree biology, health, and proper pruning practices.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• ISA Certification or related credentials are a plus.
