Responsibilities:
  • Utilize your local expertise to provide insights on potential homes and neighborhoods to clients.
  • Actively seek out new leads to drive business growth and expand your client base.
  • Engage in consultations with buyers and sellers to fully understand their needs and preferences.
  • Maintain regular communication with leads to nurture relationships and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional service and guidance to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Implement follow-up strategies to increase sales conversions and build strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with buyer and seller clients to identify their specific home requirements and successfully close deals.
  • Manage the entire transaction process from listing to closing to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the Knoxville, TN area to drive business expansion.
  • Stay updated on local market trends to effectively address client inquiries about properties and communities.
Qualifications:
