Responsibilities:
- Estimate HVAC Plan Spec. projects.
- Estimate some small Design Build projects. Work with our preferred Engineers throughout the Design process and put together a budget.
- If awarded project, issue PO's to Vendors and De-scope / Coordinate project with Project Managers and field personnel.
- Once handed off to PM's, move onto the next project.
- Be efficient with your time and strive for greatness!
Qualifications:
- Previous HVAC Estimating experience required.
- Field experience would be preferred, but not required.
- Experience with Engineering would be preferred, but not required.
- Experience with computer based Estimating tools.
- Be receptive to learning new / advanced Estimating tools / programs.
- Multi-tasking - Ability to manage multiple estimates at one time.
- Be able to visit project sites, meetings, etc...
- Valid PA Drivers License
