Job Title: Sr. Producer (Video)
Location: New York, NY/Remote
Duration: 3+ months
Pay Range: $60/hr-$70/hr(DOE)

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Producer with extensive expertise in content production to join our team. As a key member of our embedded team, you will be responsible for supporting initiatives that bring openness, authenticity, and a human feel to the campaigns and innovations we’ll be bringing to market.
You will work closely with the Lead Producer, creatives, vendors, program manager, designers, marketing teams. Your exceptional organizational and time-management skills will enable you to maintain operational procedures and XFN relationships while executing your skills as a Producer to ensure smooth end-to-end production and delivery of small and large scale best-in-class creative across various mediums, including web.
Your key responsibilities will include consistent and clear communication between all stakeholders, driving towards final delivery on time with alignment to the project’s creative vision and brand guidelines. You will also help define and track day-to-day tasks, ensuring projects remain on track or delays are appropriately flagged and mitigated.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a proven ability to be a leader with strong project management, follow-through, communication, and the capability to manage and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously. Your broad knowledge of processes across live action production, post-production, branding, design, and development, combined with your ability to navigate ambiguity and embrace a process-driven approach, will be essential in finding the path to successful project completion.
Responsibilities:
Drive the populating (and maintaining) of updates to Lead Producer, drafting work-back schedules and review/approval grids, ensuring alignment with our immediate team and any key XFN partners.
Work closely with the creative director, lead producer, designers, digital marketing and communications teams, product designers, project managers, cross-functional teams to collaborate on the strategic development and successful delivery of postings and final assets.
Drive towards final delivery on time and within budget (avoiding overages) of high volume, complex deliverables, with alignment to the project’s creative vision and brand guidelines for projects with the Experiential space
Consistent and clear communication
Proactively flagging any resourcing/budgetary risks for mitigation
Tracking all creative and internal feedback concisely
Rigorously seeking out cost efficiencies throughout the production process and vendor negotiations. Offering strategic approaches on cost savings within production
Work autonomously — strong time management (including proactive task prioritization and goal-setting) is a must.
Help define and track day-to-day tasks for projects, ensuring they remain on track or delays are appropriately flagged and mitigated.
Potential support for SBM video production work (small scale)

Qualifications:
8+ years demonstrated work experience with creative production and project management in a production company, agency, or studio.
Strong project ownership and project management.
A fast-paced and nimble self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
An understanding of technical and creative processes across a broad range of formats/deliverables, with a good knowledge of durations and milestones involved.
Demonstrated organizational skills.
Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously — you can manage a heavy workload under pressure by effectively prioritizing.
Strong self-motivation and initiative; a proactive problem solver with a “can do” attitude.
Experience managing vendor relationships.
Proficiency with Google Suite and project management tools
BA/BS degree

Bonus Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Premiere
