Job Description

Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Directs and manages all activities between IMS HQ (Austria) and IMS USA for any logistics related issues.
Manages the IMS spare parts warehouse in USA as well as the fab storage at the customer site.
Maintains and periodically checks inventory levels of IMS warehouse and fab storage.
Maintains ERP system, ticket system and other database / tracking systems.
Directs and organizes shipments from warehouse to customer while maintaining response time in USA.
Monitors goods received and goods distributed within IMS USA; Ensures customs goods identification (third countries).
Coordinates and monitors local and international shipments, including customs clearance of shipments to / from USA.
Manages and oversees the preparation of delivery bills for shipments from USA to Austria. And timely return shipments including correct packaging material and documentation.
Managing spare parts orders, storage maintenance and tool docking at the customer site and collaborating with the local service team.
Occasionally organizes customer meetings and prepares spare parts reports.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years’ work experience in a similar position.
Experience with international shipping and logistics is a must.
BSC degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a similar field.
Experience with Import / Export regulations.
Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Knowledge of German is a benefit but not a must.
Motivated, pro-active, self-driven, reliable and flexible.
Team player with intercultural competences.
Customer service-oriented person.
Willingness to travel to IMS and customer storage locations in CA and AZ for up to 2 months/ year.
Experience in using MS office, Jira, Confluence and Sage b7 is a benefit but not a must.
