Location: Darien, IL 
Duration of Job: Direct, Full Time, On Site

Position Description:
ESPO is seeking an experienced person in the field of Test Engineering.
Required Skills:

• Experience developing test cases
• Knowing QA best practices and how to create processes to drive quality in a product.
• Patience to work with Developers
• Good Communication Skills

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in computer applications required

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• 8+ years of experience in testing.
• Experience in Chatbot testing will be preferred.
• Experience in Test Automation, Quality Assurance, Test Strategy, Preparing Requirements Documentation, Defect Lifecycle Management & Manual Testing
• Experienced Functional software testing, reporting and root cause analysis, experience working on Business, Technical and Functional Requirements and Load Analysis for Regression.
• Experience in reviewing and socializing requirements to QA team members, Test planning, design, execution and reporting through a combination of fundamental structured testing techniques and rapid testing practices
• Developed and Maintained Test Environments
• Must be familiar with End to End testing, Mobile Testing, Web application and services (Appium / Auto 8 / JMeter / / Selenium (Robotic framework) / API testing / Test complete) testing and batch process.
• Must be familiar with Test Metrics, Change and Release Management processes.
• Experienced on demonstrating the automation framework
• Perform application health check after any patching or updates
• Strong knowledge on writing and running SQL / Oracle scripts related to test data from front end and back end systems.
• Strong communication & interaction with Clients, Developers, Business Analysts & Management
