Job Description

Title:- Merchandising Associate (Part-Time Sales - Physical Retail)

Duration:- 12 months

Location - Jackson Hole, WY [Candidate must be able to work onsite.]

Schedule: Part-time, 26 hours per week. Flexible schedule.

Education & Requirements: Driver's license required.

Experience: Prior experience in merchandising and sales.

Skills:

Ability to lift over 40 lbs.

Familiarity with reading planograms.

Flexibility with scheduling.

Must have own laptop for payroll.

Preferred:

High school diploma.

Experience in merchandising, display setup, and retail.

Deal Breakers:

Only available for night shifts without a car.

Job Summary:

As a Merchandising Associate, you'll be responsible for setting up displays and ensuring merchandise is presented attractively. Your role includes merchandising, sales, and maintaining inventory. Must be able to work independently and solve problems efficiently.

This is typically a Assignment with significantly more authority and responsibility at this Assignment level. It should be selected to recognize differences which are not enough to be represented by a separate Assignment level, such as increased proficiency in skills/competencies to perform responsibilities, greater impact to the business unit, customer, segment, geography, etc. May also provide guidance or leadership to other Associates.

Sales

Responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans with a defined area. Includes sales management, account management, channel management, field sales/merchandising force (including traditional trade, modern trade, wholesale, distributor and new business) and sales control and field evaluations. In some countries field sales force may be split from key account management (national and international).

Physical Retail

Responsible for achieving profit and sales goals for an assigned location in a direct to consumer retail environment. Strategically drives results to ensure that the store achieves its quantifiable performance. Includes Guest Service, Visual Excellence, Operational Efficiency, Talent Management.
