Lead Maintenance Mechanic

• 5+ years experience as a Maintenance Mechanic 
• Conduct emergency repairs on various machinery, addressing mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and robotic systems

The Position:

• Perform installation, commissioning, pm and repairs to industrial manufacturing equipment including ovens, extruders, and hydraulic presses
• Proficient in troubleshooting and PLC systems
• Utilize welding and machine shop tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to fabricate and repair parts effectively
• Oversee maintenance staff schedules and work orders, ensuring timely follow-up on tasks.
• Keep precise maintenance records using (CMMS) and ensure documentation compliance
• Provide mentorship and training to maintenance technicians to improve their skills.

• Perform electrical troubleshooting, including installing and replacing motors, sensors, and contactors
• Install, assemble, and fabricate new machinery, equipment, and components within manufacturing facilities
