Must be available to work all shifts and available to work on any days. Must have excellent customer service! We are a very clean store and expect all employees to clean throughout their shifts.
We are an owner operated business looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. CSRs play a critical role in our Company by providing customers with a convenient, safe, clean and friendly service. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently and accurately to customer needs and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers
Resolve customer issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
Provide first level escalation for customer issues
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Proactively seek product and service knowledge to provide customers with information and identify selling opportunities
Accurately and efficiently operate Point of Sale (POS) systems
Accurately and efficiently complete sale transactions
Accurately and efficiently count money and goods
Accurately compile and complete reports
Receive, stock and rotate product, merchandise and supplies
Clean and maintain Company property, equipment and grounds
Follow procedures, guidelines and policies
Ability to work in an inside and outside environment; as well as in cold and hot conditions
Ability to bend, twist, and stand long periods of time to perform normal job functions
Must be able to lift items (up to 40 pounds above shoulder height)
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, days and evenings, as well as weekends and holidays; as schedules may vary
Skills
Proven customer service experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions as well as converse comfortably
Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and practices
