Associate Creative Director, Art

rEvolution is seeking an inspiring Associate Creative Director, Art. In this role, reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll partner with the broader creative team to concept, develop, and lead the execution of creative ideas across media, all to elevate brands and engage audiences.

You will:

• Partner with the Creative Directors and broader team to motivate, concept, and deliver excellent brand campaigns, experiential activations, social media, partnership and sponsorship ideation, and beyond
• Review the work of Art Directors and Copywriters and direct and improve their efforts
• Work as a hands-on creative collaborator, both leading by example and executing superior work
• Interpret briefs to discover insights and foundations for creative development
• Help lead creative kick-off meetings with account and strategy partners; provide direction to the team on roles and deliverables; drive inspiration and clarity
• Spearhead creative brainstorms and provide input on concepting ideas based on knowledge of current trends, pop culture, and current and past design themes
• Generate original ideas, deliver constructive critique, and foster a culture of collaboration and team building
• Develop and present creative work with confidence
• Work collaboratively to push creative deliverables to a higher aesthetic
• Professionally represent rEvolution in the marketplace
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by supervisor(s)

You have:

• 7+ years of experience working full-time at a creative marketing agency
• An impressive history working as a Senior Art Director
• Portfolio of produced creative work
• Fresh, original ideas
• Comfort, confidence, and experience presenting creative work
• Enthusiasm, creativity, and professionalism
• Willingness to travel on occasion
• Demonstrated passion and interest in a variety of culture, sports, motorsports, and/or brands

This hybrid role is based in our fabulous Chicago office, but has a global reach
