Bartender

West End Tavern is looking for a talented, driven, and enthusiastic Bartender. We are on the search for the best candidates; energetic, knowledgeable and a natural passion for the guest experience. A personality that engages and wants to continue learning is an ideal fit.

West End Tavern connects everyone that steps in our door with the spirit of Old Boulder. All are welcome. We are proud to be wild and kind and independent and delicious.

Bartenders are the masters of the fun, responsible for dispensing southern style hospitality and ridiculous knowledge of all things related to BBQ and whiskey/bourbon/brown spirits. Must be detail oriented and well versed in proper steps of service and etiquette, in addition to possessing super communication skills and excelling in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Selfless and personable hospitality is paramount to providing a remarkable guest experience and creating a positive environment throughout the restaurant. Candidates should be experts in the arena of food and alcohol service, be eager to learn, cool under pressure and adaptable. Heres the Skinny:

• Full-Time or Part-Time (full-availability: nights & weekends)
• Must LOVE People
• Beer Server/Cicerone Certification is preferred, Whiskey/Bourbon/Brown spirits experience a plus
• Team Service Tip Pool Model (we share tips among all hourly employees!)
• Hourly wage with tips $22-$27 per hour (with opportunity to earn more!)
• TIPS and/or Responsible Alcohol Service Certification (well provide training!)
