Construction Laborer

We are seeking independent, capable and reliable team members who thrive in a customer-centric environment performing all manner of maintenance and renovation tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to residents
• Service general plumbing and electrical needs of properties including replacing/fixing toilets, showers, faucets, light switches, ceiling fans, and outlets.
• Replace HVAC filters, clean air conditioning vents as needed, and perform minor HVAC repairs as needed
• When work flow permits rehab and renovate units to make them ready to rent when a tenant vacates
• Service appliances, install air conditioners, rekey locks

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Real Estate Construction, Renovations, and Repairs
• Minimum 2-3 years of building maintenance experience performing some carpentry, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and painting
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail & high-performance standards
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to speak, write, and understand English.
• Proven record of working independently and with minor supervision
• Speaking Spanish a plus
• Able to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergencies.
• Pass a background check and drug test
• Must have a truck
• Valid Driver License

• 8 hour shift
• On call
• Weekend availability
