Job Description

First Call Professional is seeking Industrial Maintenance technicians for a manufaturing company in Franklin, IN. Are you mechanically inclined? Client is willing to train someone with just a couple of years’ experience.

POSITION: Maintenance Associate

DEPARTMENT: Production Maintenance

SHIFT: Train on 1st 7am-3:30pm but will transfer to 2nd shift 3:00pm-11:30pm

$23.97--29.00 + $ 1.35 shift diff/hour DOE with excellent benefits (raises at 6, 12 and 18 months)

Job Requirements:

PLC, Automation & Robotics experience
Two years maintenance experience
Knowledge of CNC controls
Knowledge of PLC ladder logic
Knowledge of basic electrical systems and controls
Knowledge of pneumatic / hydraulic systems
Knowledge and understanding of electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical diagrams
Knowledge of OMRON PLC preferred
Troubleshoot and repair production machinery
Ensure lockout/ tag out procedures are followed.
Complete preventative maintenance orders on machinery
Assist / complete special projects as given by supervisors with limited supervision
Assist in spare parts issue and inventory control.
Maintain all maintenance areas per 5S and safety.
